Equip Seminary Malaysia was established by a Moore College graduate (Andrew Cheah) in 2010. Formerly known as Equip Gospel Ministries, it has since been rebranded as Equip Seminary as it works towards accreditation with the Asia Theological Association (ATA).
Equip Seminary’s mission is to train gospel-centred, word-ministry workers for the church in Malaysia and beyond, who will also be able to train others. It is committed to building a high-quality seminary that is accessible and affordable for the Malaysian church.
Since its inception, the Centre for Global Mission has partnered with Equip Seminary to provide access to our theological training resources and other tools to assist with their training programmes. They are currently using the Moore College PTC material in English, Malay (Bahasa Melayu), Nepali, Tamil and Chinese.
